The guys were very professional in their approach and answered all our questions with patience unlike others who just wanted to sell their product. We happily signed up with them and to our surprise the installation was really quick and as promised. installers were in and out without any trace. Job was nicely done.   We engaged the services of Top Value Solar recently to install a 6KW system. I requested 3 quotes from a solar quote site plus I called up another Solar provider offering a shop-a-docket deal. Top Value Solar were first to respond by phone and were not only willing and able to answer all my questions including costs but promptly followed up with an email that provided quotes for 3 different brands of solar panels and inverters plus attachments with product information data sheets on each. This is customer service at its best! My 2 other quotes did not measure up in any way. First guy could answer my questions on a basic level and did not follow through with requested email detailing system he would install and cost. Other guy didn't even call until a week later and the shop-a- docket mob had a call centre operater who obviously had to stick to his script and could only tell me the weekly payment plan! We chose Top Solar because everything about them was professional and their customer service top notch. The guys from Top Solar even met my request they come to the house and show me what they would be doing as part of their quoting process. Install was set for a week after we signed them up. They took care of all the paperwork with energex and followed up with us upon completion to ensure we were happy with the work done. The day for install it was showering and I got a call first thing to say they would assess it again at 10am and let me know. I really appreciated that as I was not left hanging. At 10 Puneet rang and confirmed they would have to postpone til next day. Because it poured down after the guys had started next day they had to stop work but they were back the very next morning and almost completed it til rain stopped them again. Third day they were back in the morning and job completed. No real delays only weather. Electrician and his TA's were also friendly and efficient in their work. We highly recommend this company on customer service, product, price, peace of mind and workmanship.

  I can only speak highly of this company. Their initial sales pitch was not pressurised, factual and clearly showed costs and the expected potential electricity savings. The most suitable system was advised for us based on our previous bills and 0% finance was arranged meaning we had no up front costs. Installation was on time and the workers polite and worked cleanly causing no damage to our property. We are now 9 months down the line and have no regrets in purchasing our solar panels and have experienced no problems with our system at all.

  Awesome company. Puneet was our sales person who explained everything about solar system and his products. He is a very genuine guy and I really trusted what he suggested us to have. I have been thinking about Solar for over one year,got many quotes but it didn’t take me half hour to sign the contract with Puneet . Firstly his price was really good for the quality he provided.
