Our Process

Listen
We start with an onboarding call to understand your needs, priorities and budget. If you’d like to move forward, we’ll share a travel services agreement and planning fee.

Plan
We use our relationships, expertise and access to partners to design your trip. This includes hotels, vacation homes, flights, transport, excursions, cruises and insurance.

Evolve
We take your feedback from the initial plan and make changes as needed. We’ll pivot to new countries or other significant changes.

Service
We’re here for you during the trip to help manage any changes needed or concerns that arise. When you return, we’d love to hear about the trip, especially anything you loved or didn’t care for.
2024 Travel Planning Fees
All travel planning that starts in 2023 will continue without fees.
Starting on Jan 1, 2024
$0 for all clients who have booked with Rosedale Travel in 2023. We love working with clients again and again and again!
$0 for bookings with no research…i.e. you know exactly what you’d like to book and you’re working with us for the amenities. This is quick and easy for us.
$200 planning fee for new trips under seven days. Fees are paid after the initial discussion but before a first plan is delivered.
$300 planning fee for new trips seven days and over. Fees are paid after the initial discussion but before a first plan is delivered.
Note: Travel planning fees are nonrefundable if the trip is not booked or cancelled. However, if you take your trip and you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund the travel planning fee.
